What does "Free to Use" mean?

The router and installation hardware remain the property of Excellence Broadband and are provided free as long as you maintain an active subscription.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. You pay only the plan rent plus 18% GST. There are no activation fees, modem rental fees, or hidden charges of any kind.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade from Basic to Premium or All in One at any point. Contact us on WhatsApp and we will process the change within 24 hours.
